Everyone needs an easy and tasty recipe and this one is a keeper. Add a salad and boom, you’re eating super in 30 minutes!

One Pot Taco Spaghetti

Serves 4


1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 c finely chopped onion

1 lb Post Oak Pastures lean ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can ( 14oz) diced tomatoes

2 cups water

8 oz spaghetti

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 T fresh cilantro

Add garlic, onion and ground to a large skillet. Cook until browned. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and water. Mix to combine, then add spaghetti. Make sure spaghetti is covered with the liquid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover skillet with a lid. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the lid and cook until excess liquid is reduced. Turn off the heat, add cheese over the spaghetti and replace the lid until the cheese melts. Sprinkle cilantro over the top and serve. YUM!

Instant Pot Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches Serves 6


2 green peppers, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2-1/2 lbs thinly sliced Post Oak Pastures sirloin or flank steak

1 t salt

1/2 t black pepper

1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix

1 C Beef Broth

6 slices provolone cheese

6 hoagie rolls

Place all ingredients (except bread and cheese) in an Instant pot. Using pressure cooker setting, seal and cook for 20 minutes. Or cook for 4-8 hours in a slow cooker on low. Once done, scoop mixture onto the opened rolls and top with a slice of cheese. Broil until the cheese melts.

Meatloaf Set oven to 350. Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes

2 lbs Post Oak Pastures Ground Beef

1 small diced onion

1/2 C. diced bell pepper

1 1/2 Sleeve crushed Ritz crackers

1/2 C. Milk

3 Eggs

1 t. salt

1/4 t. pepper

3/4C Ketchup

2 T brown sugar

1 t. dry mustard

Blend all ingredients and place in a loaf pan, and top with half of the sauce (recipe below). Then place in the oven. After 45 min, add the remaining sauce and complete baking.
